MinotaurCloud determines the risk of a subscriber using a staged approach to data analysis. Each stage has several functional components that can be used in combination. The results of each stage are stored and can be used within an investigation management interface to generate lists of suspect accounts.
Stage 1
The first stage is configured to profile risk based features associated with a subscriber. These profile features can then be analysed by several components, including a configurable rules engine. Suspect behaviour alerts are then generated based upon the risk of the subscriber.
Stage 2
The second stage receives the associated alerts from the profiling and analysis components, collating this information to determine the combined risk of the subscriber. Results are then fed to the workflow management interface for review by an analyst.
