Service Types

In providing a MinotaurCloud service there are four core stages to creating an environment tailored to your needs:

Select a Core Service Type
Add any additional components required
Add Configuration Services if required for profiling the subscriber base
Define infrastructure required for processing the data volumes

The Core Service Type relates to the general flexibility of the system and is selected by the customer to reflect their specific needs. The Core Service Type is broadly categorised into:

Create Option	Users can define and store new data feeds. Additional profiles can be created as well as creating new rules and alarm types.
Update Option	As part of a delivery, a number of features and analysis components will be configured. This option allows users to modify the existing configuration, change features, rules and define new alarms to be presented to analysts.
View Option	This is the default option. Users are unable to make changes to the analysis components. This service is normally selected when users make limited changes to the system and request Neural Technologies' consultancy services to perform the changes.
