Options for response times and service levels are aligned with Neural Technologies' standard offering, ranging from local business hours to full 24/7 support. 24 hour platform support is a standard inclusive component of any MinotaurCloud service, ensuring high availability with minimal latency. Neural Technologies is also responsible for maintaining the MinotaurCloud environment on the latest product versions, which comprise at least two major releases per year plus any minor upgrades/bug fixes etc.
